"Just like the other reviews here I had a great treatment/provider (Dr Green). Dr Green took his time and was amazing but the practice is run very poorly, especially for a mostly out of network (higher end) type practice. They dont pick up the phone - they say to text them, and it often takes days at best to reply. Its impossible to just call to reschedule an appointment, ask a question, etc., I've never experienced that at any practice. I've been texting them for a few days to actually do another treatment and i cant even get them to respond - whoever the owner is I am guessing may not be aware but clearly its not great for business either!"

"I truly wanted to love this place and give them oodles of money for ongoing SGB treatments but they charged me $200 more than my quoted copay for the silly online consultation required for my first treatment. I was prepared to pay $1500 for the treatment, but not an additional expense that I had not been informed was a possibility. All I asked for was some sort of compromise regarding the extra charge - but after over a week of phone tag, the woman I spoke to at the billing department was antagonistic and insulting. When I actually received the treatment, by the way, they were running well over an hour behind. They also tried to upsell my friend while she was on the table - very unprofessional. Unfortunately, Hudson Mind’s shady practices have lost me as a client. I will be looking elsewhere for SGB treatments. Extra star for top-notch anesthesia."

"I’ve been looking for different treatments to help deal with some mental stuff that I want to work through. After doing on-and-off talk therapy I’ve been open to trying something new to dig a bit deeper. I learned about Hudson Mind and they were very helpful walking me through the various treatments that they offer, what I should expect to get out of them, and various experiences people have had. I tried the IV therapy as it was recommended based on what I’ve been experiencing.
