"I don't understand why the receptionist would scheduled an appointment and then have the patient wait for 2 hrs just to get the reports (which I couldn't get since I had to wait longer). Not a place where patients time is valued. Older patients get priority before newer patients too. Thank you for wasting my time. Never going back!"
