"When I tried to book an appointment for my mom , I received a quite rude response from a woman who apparently didn't speak Chinese, she immediately replied that there was a full book, no schedule. When we were work-in, it was discovered that this woman was the one who answered our rude phone call, and with work-in they immediately accepted my mom. The doctor was very patient and listened to our mother's complaints when examined, but it was very disappointing to have a low quality customer service attitude that was rude and had no Chinese language skills where usually our mother could only speak Chinese and not English. It turns out that only one lady can speak Chinese more patient explained and most people wait and just talk to her ( Mrs Linda)"
