"0 stars for this doctor. Less communication. Very commercial. Focus on the interns instead of the patient. I explained to her my situation and then she replied " I did not advice you anything". How can you advice me when you dont communicate to your patient properly."

"Accompanying mother to check, first asked by the student doctor for almost 40 minutes rudely, she couldn't read all the data in the system so she wasted time interrogating My mother for past medical history, and I not all the time company my mom, is take turn with my brother, where my mother was already old and didn't remember all the data from checking with the doctor. This is completely unacceptable, truly outrageous. When the doctor Li came to ask our mother to tell her that she had a sore throat, when the doctor asked our mother to open her mouth, but the doctor did not examine or look at her throat and nose at all, only opened the medicine to be taken at the pharmacy."

"If it’s possible to give 0 stars, I would. The receptionist & staff here are polite and friendly. No matter what time your appointment is, you will be seen late (even if you showed up 1 hour early). You will only be seen by Dr. Lee at the very end for maybe 5 minutes. Prior to this, You will be seen by a medical student. When doing urine samples, they are all kept inside the bathroom. Blood extracts are contained further inside the office (next to the bathroom) but they are not regulated for temperature in any way. I came to Dr. Lee for some paperwork forms. She did not listen to me or the student & filled the forms out wrong. Upon pointing it out to her, she complained to her receptionist in Mandarin about me. She complained about how annoying I was and how dramatic I was being. The only reason she felt comfortable doing this is because I am ABC (American Born Chinese) and I did not have a Chinese accent nor did I speak to her in Chinese. I was appalled that she spoke about her patients that way in front of them if the patient appears to not understand Chinese (or is not Chinese). Her bed side manners are bad and she does not take the time to diagnose you. Please read the other reviews about her - her arrogance is of no limits. I did not continue seeing her after being insulted by her."
