"Dr. Kim is an excellent doctor, and he provides guidance and support. However, his desk staff leave much to be desired. It is quite difficult to get them to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. When they do answer, they quickly say "hold" and then put you on hold for a LONG TIME!. I often have to hang up and try again. After many attempts, they simply send the phone call directly to voicemail. They are extremely unprofessional and can't seem to say simply "please hold, I will be with you in 5 minutes". I had to at one point send a fax, asking someone to return my call."

"Dr. Kim has been my primary doctor for a few years now and he is great along with his nurse but like other reviews his desk personnel can be rough or come off as rude. They have been better this year and when you do need help from them they will come through. If you can get past those ladies you will be happy with Dr. Kim. His waiting room is always full but the wait isn't long."

"Dr. Kim has been my family's doctor for many years, cant even remember! But the receptionist if very rude and treats the patients like peasant. She wants you to come at whatever timing she chooses, regardless of emergency, time conflicts or any other reason that time doesnt fit for you. If you ask for a different time, you know, for your own damn convenience, she gets so annoyed and rude, as if we're only supposed to come to the doctor's office if we want to listen to her. I just needed 2 pieces of paper filled out, just some boxes checked, literally, and she told me the nearest appointment i can get is a month from now. I needed this for a job ASAP. Unbelievable."

"Dr. Kim is an AMAZING doctor. He has been our family doctor for the past 10 years now. He is also very nice. However, I am giving this place one star because the receptionist (Hispanic one) is BEYOND RUDE. she NEVER listens to what you have to say no matter how politely you request. She is absolutely trash and has disgustingly low class behavior. In addition, the nurse and the other Asian staff/receptionist are very nice as well and listen to you. Dr. Kim should consider these reviews and maybe have a conversation with that staff."

"I chose this doctor as my PCP because I thought he'd provide better customer service as he's a Korean-American or at least his name sounds like Korean and I think Korean people are better behaving among the Asians. So I called today to have an appointment with the doctor for the first time and found the receptionist named 'Mina' rude and uncooperative. She thinks people who go to the doctor are all jobless and nothing else to do. The times and dates she wanted me to choose all conflict with my own job and requested another time which made her rude. It seemed like she wants patients to choose whatever time she picks for them. She was cold and was definitely not a person who can provide customer service. If this is the first encounter with the doctor's office, don't know how it is going to be with the doctor! Let's see and will update this review after my appointment."
