"Poor telephone manner and both the Doctor and secretary don’t listen and speak over you while your talking. I called Monday for a script from the doc and was told they would tell the doctor and call me back to confirm. It’s been 3 days and I called back to see what happened. Got attitude today and they were just speaking arrogant and defending themselves."
"I havr been a patient of both Dr mr Reddy and Mrs Reddy as well. All I can say is they are both very caring and very professional. I have had many situations in the years seeing them. They both went above and beyond to find a solution and never said they could not help me. Whenever I needed to see them I got an appointment. Any specialist they recommended was the best for my needs. I would recommend them highly."
"1st time visit. Scheduled at 10:30, now 11:15 and still not been seen. Waiting room had max of 3 people beside myself. NOT a good start. Will see how doctor is. Liked the doctor. Listened to my concerns. Seemed genuinely interested. Staff (I think) didn't come through though. Got some prescriptions that were supposed to be called in to my local CVS. Checked with CVS late in day (after doc office closed) to see if scripts were ready. CVS had no record of prescriptions for me. :-( "
"Enough chances. I kept on coming back cause the doctors were nice but the staff is incompetent. The last strike(today), came about because l left my study group to come here for my appointment made 3days ago only to find the door locked. Reason? They cancelled all the appointments. Was l informed of this? No. Apparently l wasn't in the appointment book. So l walked 15 minutes in cold weather-to be disappointed. Left school early for no reason. This my third time coming here in like 2 weeks because the physical for my clinical isn't filled completely/correctly so the school keeps sending me back cause of stuff the doctors miss. It's ridiculous. Did the lady who answered the phone apologize or offer to reschedule?Nope. I usually don't get angry but I'm so upset today that I'm actually writing a review."
