"They do not care about their patients, The PA’s and doctors are great but the admin does a really poor job of communicating properly with patients. I just wasted an afternoon walking in only to find out someone from their office cancelled my doctor’s appointment without letting me know after their office kept calling me yesterday asking me to fill out forms, ask for my insurance card etc only to find out that they cancelled it because of a miscommunication on their part. I have been very patient with them because this the third time I had come in for a procedure and they can’t seem to properly communicate with me and a third time I left feeling frustrated with my afternoon and time being wasted with nothing happening. I’m pretty sure after posting this they won’t care either but at least I got to share my horrible experience."

"I was very impressed with this dermatology office. The staff was efficient and Semmy Yun, the physician’s assistant I saw, listened to my concerns and explained the procedure to be performed. The ambiance of the office space was soothing and quite inviting. The wait time to be seen was minimal and I really appreciated the early morning appointment. Highly recommend this location."

"First time at dermatologist. I was kinda nervous. Making appointment was easy and Front desk was super friendly. My doctor Sammy and her assistant were amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and every questions I asked was answered. I was in and out quickly. She also gave me lots of samples."

"Terrific experience with this medical provider. I was able to get a new patient appointment within the same day that my problem started. The provider was able to schedule my procedure a week after my consult and take care of my problem very quickly. The office staff is very nice."

"My visit was great. I arrived early and was seen promptly. My doctor really took the time to hear my concerns and went over all my questions. I just wished there was a way to get in contact with the doctor. There is no portal to send a message or reach out the the office directly. Besides that everything was great."
