"Surprised by all the bad reviews here, i was in and out pretty quickly. Came in for a referral to a PT and it was 100x easier than other PCPs i have been assigned. The doctor Alvarez was caring and professional, i felt heard. I recommend trying this place!"

"In July, I made a new appointment for an annual visit in September. An office rep assured they take my insurance, all I had to do was bring my insurance card. Cue to September, I go to the office, and a rep tells me they are unsure if they accept my insurance and they can't call as it's Saturday. They had over a month to do their due diligence. Didn't even get an apology for wasting my time. The rep just tried to make me pay $100, claiming I had a high deductible when annual visits are $0 with my insurance. Horrible service. Edit: I did try to provide my insurance processing info (bin, group, pcn) over the phone. Rep said it wasn't necessary as they take my insurance, all I had to do was bring in my insurance card."

"The registration workers are nice but repeatedly fail to communicate important information about the procedures. I ended up wasting hours in the waiting room, coming to pick up results that were not ready for pick up etc."

"The staff here are completely unhelpful. I am not sure what is their hiring process but I think whoever shows the least amount of gratitude and knowledge of healthCARE gets hired. I think they just hate everyone and everything because they can’t properly blend their makeup. The doctors and PAs are wonderful but to get to them is a whole ordeal. You have to go through such a stressful environment. I genuinely wish they were more open to organization and proper management but until then please try to look for better medical offices."
