"I had nothing against the staff I think they were always respectful. The offices and the waiting time are good too. The issue was with Dr. Nadia Martinez de Pimentel. First it feels like if it bothers her that patient come to see her. I was trying to explain my symptoms to her and she just shush me down several times and I did not appreciate that. She said that I needed to tell her through the app. Then she complained about patients giving her bad reviews. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I decided to change PCP for that reason."

"DR. Ramon Pimentel is an excellent doctor. I started to see him this year And I’m extremely happy to have him as my primary care physician. He listens and pays attention to everything that I have to say, including my complaints. He has an excellent clinical eye and always hits the target with his diagnostics and referrals. "If I were able to give it ZERO stars I would most definitely do so. Let me break this down: 1) The receptionists are one of the most rudest people that you will ever meet. They don't want to help you at all and I don't even know how they still have a job there. They literally don't do their job, they don't pick up the phone, don't provide referrals (have to beg and insist to print one out) and they will always show attitude whenever it comes to asking a question or even checking in. I see that other people have commented similarly to my perspective so I am sure I am not the only one who notices how disrespectful the receptionists are. All I have seen them do is talk amongst themselves and be on their phone. What an easy job they have! 2) The doctors are great but sometimes it is tough to be able to communicate your health issues with them. They seem to listen but then they tell you not to worry about it because your insurance won't cover all the exams, If my complaint is regarding one issue it shouldn't be pushed aside but instead referred to the accurate specialist or at least have it diagnosed/treated. 3) Once again, the front desk. They don't even want to move the mouse or keyboard to check you out. It always seems as if they are disgusted or disappointed to see patients in their office. I just really hope they will switch personnel because then many patients like myself will be going to other pcp. I didn't mean to write a negative feedback but I just wanted to demonstrate that there are ways of improvement to make the office visit much more peaceful and run smoothly."

"Horrible staff with nasty attitude they think they’re top notch because they work in a doctor office. They set up appointment however they make you wait for 1 to 2 hours. Very disorganized. Never coming back here again"

"I don't understand why this clinic doesn't care according to the appointment. Today my appointment at 12:00 noon n m still waiting doctor to call at 3 pm? I spoke with counter ladies n they show me attitude. I told them m not feeling well was eating medicine nothing gonna care for them.this is not my first time in this clinic been there much time every time disappointed. Please change those ladies or else teach them to respect patients who r not well. I will definitely change my primary physician. It really sucks. Bad clinic. Don't go"
