"This facility is horrible. All the ladies that works here are super rude. They dont want to transfer the call to the doctor or any message. They always delay sending the prescription to my pharmacy. They dont care about your appointments with the doctor. They cant help you with rescheduling. Changing my primary care."
". I was referred by a specialist doctor to see him as primary doctor. I didn’t want to give any stars for their front desk staff, they’re not professional they’re not pleasant even I asked or try to explain to them that I have a different health insurance and you are in network. They don’t understand my health insurance it’s not empire health insurance. Even my insurance agent call them to verify with there credential and health insurance network, and when you speak to Lisa, Esther Norma and other staff member they give you a run around. I was told from another doctor to see Dr. Rodriguez that he is a good doctor but it seems like it’s very hard to see him. I didn’t want to give any stars and when you ask for an office manager to speak to them. I don’t think they have office manager no wonder! Dr Rodriguez I think your office staff is giving bad review of your practice."
"This Doctor caters to spanish community. Everyone works here are spanish which is fine. But i feel they are rude when it comes to other races people comes in. Doctor is super nice but the staffs need to be nice with patients as well. They are very rude and can really understand when they speak."
"Terrible office, The rudest secretary I have ever seen in my life. They called me for general examination and gave me an appointment for 2 pm. I checked in 15 minutes before my actual appointment time and waited on the street because the small waiting room was full. They were supposed to call me but since they did NOT, I went back to check on my appointment in about 30 Minutes. the rude secretary meant 7 people are in front of me which means 2 hours waiting, but at least. In the waiting room seating 8 people. The social distancing is 2 small chairs between patients, and they keep adding other patients in the room. It is enough one of the patient is contracted with the Corona Virus and she/he will make all other patients sick. people are dying everyday from COVID-19 but these people obviously do not care and are looking into profit. Terrible people."
"EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had made an appointment for my boyfriend for 8:30 am on a Wednesday. After he waited 2.5 hours (being told the system was down the whole time), he asked for his co-payment back and left. He later realizes the doctor's office billed his insurance company for the visit. He calls the office and speaks with the manager who is profusely apologetic for the mix-up and tells him not to contact the insurance company because he will correct the error right away. Despite all of this, we try to give them another shot. I just called to re-schedule his appointment and the receptionist, who was pleasant at the beginning of the conversation, asked me if the patient has been there before. I explain to her that he has, but the last time he was there he waited 2.5 hours so he left. I was just stating facts, I was not complaining. She puts me on hold, and when she returns her whole attitude changes. She tells me that he must call himself to make the appointment as the last time he was there he "caused problems". I begin to tell her that the only "problem" he caused was leaving after waiting 2.5 hours and that it was not his fault that the system was down. She tells me it was not their fault either. I say that is completely fine as no one was calling to complain, simply just to make another appointment. She proceeds to tell me he called the insurance company "complaining about them" to which I responded that he did not call the insurance company but he called the office to alert them of the charge. She got even nastier and I hung up on her. This is so unprofessional it is disgusting. After waiting 2.5 hours, billing him for the visit, we are also met with a highly unpleasant attitude by the receptionist. PATIENT BEWARE."
