"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently switched my primary care physician to Dr. Maslavi, and I must say, it was one of the best decisions I've made for my health. From the moment I stepped into his office, I felt at ease. Dr. Maslavi's warm demeanor and genuine care immediately put me at ease. Not only is Dr. Maslavi an exceptional doctor, but he is also incredibly attentive to all my needs and concerns. He took the time to listen to me attentively, addressing each of my questions with patience and expertise. It's evident that he truly values his patients' well-being. One thing that impressed me the most was the minimal wait time. Unlike my past experiences, I didn't have to spend hours in the waiting room. Dr. Maslavi respects his patients' time, and it's greatly appreciated. Meeting Dr. Maslavi confirmed that I made the right choice in changing my primary care physician. "It genuinely pains me to write this since Dr.Maslavi himself and his PA are fantastic and I enjoy seeing them for visits. However his reception team are a hurdle I’ve dealt with for 4 years and can no longer tolerate. I’ve been hung up on, put on hold repeatedly, and miss booked over the years. I called to confirm my appointment? Hung up on. I call to ask if I have the appointment they offered again? That time slot doesn’t exist. I have a question about insurance? Hung up on quite literally 30 times (yes I have proof of this.) put straight to hold and hung up on. I need an RX question? Told to I need to come in but it “may be a wait” not to mentioned I’ve typically waited between 2-3 hours anytime I had an appointment and showed up on time. The actual doctor visit is good but it makes no sense when I have to make a dozen calls, wait through hours of holds, and cross my fingers to even see the doctor. Not to mention the reception team all sound like they hate every single person that walks in. I’ll miss my actual visits with the Doctor and PA here as they always went good, but I can’t continue to jump obstacles anytime time my health is at risk."

"Do not go here if you want to wait hours and want to be told that you just just try to lose weight and eat better to get better. The Dr doesn’t care about land even if they show abnormal and will just refer you to other doctors to be their problem. As a women he does not take you seriously as opposed to male patients. The office is also a mess as they will tell you on the phone you are scheduled for one doctor but then on your appointment day you are seeing someone else. If medication the doctor prescribed you needs authorization don’t expect any updates on it as they will just let it fall through the cracks. The office and Dr Maslavi are horrible!"

"I'm honestly not sure what to make of this place. The doctor looks like a WWE wrestler, but he's a nice guy who appears to genuinely care for his patients as opposed to being the type that's in and out like a whirlwind. Conversely, the waiting room is always packed. And WAITING is something you will do A LOT, even if you're on time. It seems like this place overbooks badly. The office staff are the most miserable people I've ever seen. During the entirety of both my visits, I observed these ladies doing little but loudly sighing and complaining about patients (in front of them). If the front desk is meant to be the "face" of the office, your "face" looks half-dead. I was tempted to offer to buy them coffee. So the doc is good, and there's a lab conveniently located in the basement, but please fix your presentation! Stop overbooking, or hire more doctors/PAs and give your staff a much-needed reprieve."

"Front desk staff are extremely rude . You walk in and the front desk are on their personal phone calls. All 3 had a disgusting attitude with people like we are the ones responsible for the job THEY CHOSE & are stuck with . Clearly do not know how to do their job and clearly don’t know how a schedule works they like to over book the schedule making every patient wait more than an hour long for a 20-30min procedure . A office runs smoothly when you have efficient people working at the front desk and people who know how to manage a schedule . Office smelled bad and looked like it had not been clean in months . I wouldn’t trust getting anything done here. Do not waste your time coming here because you will be dealing with unprofessional ghetto front desk people . And you will definitely wait more than a hour to be seen ."
