"I went there (this review is specifically for the oakland gardens location) for an annual physical - straightforward right? I am in great health, no chronic conditions, and made it very clear I only want to have the basic procedures done that are covered by insurance. These guys went overboard and did all kinds of tests under the sun. When I double checked with them before each test they confirmed this was all 'standard' and covered by my insurance. And then guess what - I get a bill for over $400 !! When I call to complain, the lady in billing has the nerve to say 'The patient is supposed to know what procedures are covered and how much they would cost'. So I asked her if she could herself quote me each procedure they offer and the associated cost - she had no response. TLDR; AVOID these guys if you don't want to get fleeced!!!"

"This was the worst doctor's office experience I have ever had in my life. I suffer with chronic asthma and the doctor was Dr.Perdick, he was the worst doctor i have ever encountered. After waiting over 2 hours for him to come into the room, he said to me that I did not have asthma (i have had asthma for over 20 years)... he literally sat back in the chair and asked me "well what is wrong with you" and i was appalled, i came to the doctor to get answers and he was chuckling and downplaying my asthmatic symptoms. This is a prime example of white doctors downplaying the health concerns of women of color. He was even making comments about Coronavirus and insinuating that it is not a severe time and downplaying the deaths of even his own former patients who passed from COVID. He needs to be held accountable and he needs to proceed sensitively to situations especially considering the current times. I will never revisit this location. The Women at the front desk are very rude and there was a white lady with a long ponytail, she is incharge of the phones who was being extremely dismissive and was trying to get me to cancel my appointment, her name was Lauren. AVOID at ALL COST."

"The most greedy practice of doctors! You have to wait 2 hours to be seen and to get blood results, referrals or test results “you have to be seen . The owner doctor does not allow results given, referrals or refills unless you see the doctor! Not on call or covering doctors give results whether it’s normal or not, again “you have to be seen .” What kind of practices are they practicing, I thought the quality of medicine and humanity come with a good doctor! This guy and his practice is nothing but cold and uncaring people and staff (receptionist play god and does not bother the doctors- too busy!!!). We need real doctors not quaks from a country not practicing American! Great good doctors call their patients with results and NOT at the insurance costs. They just want to make money on you! They don’t care about you! Beware and be warned!"

I am very pleased that I followed his advice and reached out to Dr. Raina, he is an expert in his work and offers precise treat to his patients. I always received the right advice at proper time from him. I strongly recommend Dr. Raina to everyone who is looking for a primary care physician."

"I went to the new office in glen oaks and I was disgusted by the treatment!! I was told, to continue my anxiety medicine I would have to go to a psychiatric Doctor! I had an appointment with Dr. Raina and he sent in some Dr. Li. He didn't even see me himself!! Dr. Li looks about twenty and was very unprofessional! I was wondering why a nurse was not in the room during my exam too! Overall, one of the worst Doctor visits I have ever had!"
