"I made an appointment for zoc doc to accept my insurance and it was very simple. On the day of the appointment, as it was my first time with the doctor, I had to fill out some forms, so arriving at least 15 minutes before the appointment. The doctor does everything himself from taking vital signs to taking blood samples. I went back the second time and the doctor explained the test results to me, he is very intelligent and precise in his information. I’m very confident and happy to have found the Doctor as my primary care physician. I don't know why I see comments against the reception, the staff is very friendly, kind. You just have to be patient because the doctor takes his time seriously with each patient."

"Scheduled my annual physical for 11:30 am! Checked in 10mn earlier at 11:20; waited till 12:00 with no acknowledgement or whatsoever for the delay! Went to the front desk to complain that I have to get to work at 1pm and that I’ve been waiting for at least half an hour. Her response was oh we still have 3 more people in front of u and if u want we can reschedule! My answer was: no thx never again and have some courtesy towards yr patients to let them know that there is a longer wait time. Rude and unprofessional!"

"5 star doctor 0 star front desk. I only come here because Dr Truong is a good doctor, but the way the front desk manages the office knocks down 2 stars from an otherwise 5 star review. They overbook appointments, which has made the wait time way too long- up to 2 hours with an appointment. I also asked to reschedule my appointment, but never heard back from them after I left a message and text. Then I get a message saying I have an appointment tomorrow that I never scheduled. They just made an appointment without notifying me and then told me last minute to come in the next day. I think this will be the last straw and I’m going to find a new primary care doctor, which is too bad because I like Dr Truong."

"this guy "does not do phone calls" which i find incredibly unprofessional. To go over lab results you have to book another appointment with him. I also went in for an annual physical exam which is covered under my insurance. Because i also wanted to get something specific looked at while i was there he charged me a co pay and labeled the visit as a "sick visit" even though it was also the physical. It's clear this guy just likes to collect co pays and will avoid speaking with you on the phone. Don't go to this doctor if you want to be able to communicate with him outside of his own office."
