"I absolutely love this place. The exercises are geared towards my illness. I have been walking better but I am still falling and walking zig zag sometimes. The staff are so nice and they provide the necessary motivation. I love the environment too because everyone is so friendly and the decorations are always amazing. "Aram is a FANTASTIC physical therapist. I would 110% recommend him! Aram explains your injury, condition, progress, and treatments to you in great detail. He does so in a way where you can understand easily as well. He's very patient and a great listener. He has wonderful bedside manner. While some exercises repeated, he would often think of little modifications to further challenge me. He would also give me harder exercises as I progressed in my healing process. I never had a PT that would do that. In the past when I used a PT at other places, they would just have me do the same exercises for weeks and I'd plateau. I felt a lot of progress in my healing with Aram's treament plan. I do have some feedback for the practice. I wish I didn't have to ask to be given exercises to do at home. When I went to other PT's in the past, they would print out for me the exercises to do at home with pictures/diagrams. That would have been extremely helpful and Fresh Pond PT doesn't do that. If you want to do this, you have to be proactive and ask. I asked Aram, and he would allow me to write down and/or video his suggested exercises for me to do at home. He was happy to accommodate, but I wish the facility did this proactively and in a more organized/documented way. My other feedback is that I think the office can do a better job at discharging a patient. My discharge was very abrupt and unexpected because my insurance didn't approve any more sessions. If the facility had a sense that this would happen, I would have liked to be given a suggested plan on how to proceed with treatment at home, if the insurance didn't approve their requested sessions. Despite the two points of feedback above, I would still recommend Aram. I felt Aram's attention to detail, professionalism, and the results I got under his care were definitely worth the few notes I had."
