"The ultrasound lady in Astoria, is literally trash. It’s like her parents wanted her to be a doctor and this was the best she could do and now she hates her life ans her work and takes it out on the patients. But yea she’ll say things like “come on baby so i can go home”. and sighs whenever the baby isn’t in the prefect position. And idk why girl is stingy with a baby that’s not even hers. she hates showing the screen. she’ll say the baby is kicking or the bsby is sucking its thumb then gets an attitude when you ask to see. like go work at mf burlington since this job is such a hassle for you because you are very draining. And khatri likes rushing ppl out it feels like but she’s not anything compared to the girl with the glasses and hijab"

"made my first appt a couple of days ago, they cancelled my appt without notifying and so when I arrived, they told me they called me (I don't pick up calls w "No Called ID") and cancelled because they didn't get a pick up from me. No voicemails were left, no emails, no texts, no notifications. then I had to make another appt and they didn't tell me that the doctor left when I arrived or before I arrived. they could have called me to come later or let me know when I arrived before I waited 25 mins in the waiting room after my appt time, thinking I'll be seen soon. When I asked after 25 min wait time, they then told me that I have to wait 30 mins for the doctor to come back. another patient checked in and they told her that the doctor was going to come back in 30 mins to an hour wait time. this is the second appt I made with them after they cancelled my first appt without my knowledge. I will never come to this office again. this is not proper healthcare or patient care. awful experience & I didn't go through w my appt and wait. i’m just really confused: do they really expect patients to wait around without all the information like they don’t have a job, or other responsibilities????????"

"Run as fast as you can. When the nurse called me to take my vitals before seeing the doctor , I noticed the marijuana smell in the room and I could clearly tell she was intoxicated. After taking to the doctor for less than 15 minutes I noticed she added on her notes to bill for 45 min of her face to face time with the client ….. this is just a mill to get insurance money. They do not care for their patients. When the doctor Khatri explained to me that my Pap smear was abnormal over the Telehealth appointment, I asked her to explain what that meant. She said we will know more when we do the biopsy and hung up the video call before I could even say anything. I am extremely disappointed , this woman took an oath but clearly she’s just here for the money. If anyone knows who to reach to report this please let me know."

"I can’t say enough bad things about this office. I came in for a Pap smear in December of 2021. The office staff was unprofessional and the doctor had terrible bedside manner. I also noticed they were taking my information down on a post it note, rather than an actual form, which I found very odd. There was also confusion when I was trying to check out regarding how much my copay was supposed to be - one staff member said I did not have a copay, the other said I did. I ended up paying the copay to avoid any kind of drama. Flash forward to March of 2022 when I started receiving bills from Accurate Diagnostic Labs for over $200. The only reason why I know the bill was from this appointment is because it had Dr. Khatri’s name under “provider.” The bill mentioned urine testing, which made absolutely no sense since I did not provide a urine sample at my appointment. After several failed attempts to get in touch with anyone at the office, I finally found someone that was willing to help me. This staff member looked up my information and confirmed that I did not have the lab work done that I was being billed for. They then contacted the lab directly, after which I was told that the bill was for a blood test. WHICH STILL MADE NO SENSE BECAUSE I DID NOT PROVIDE A BLOOD SAMPLE. They offered to have the doctor give me a call to “explain,” which I initially agreed to. Then, I received an email confirming my “appointment,” so I’m pretty sure they were just trying to bill me for another visit. I told them to cancel. This issue is still ongoing - I am not going to pay for lab work that I did not have done. An absolute nightmare, I will obviously never use this office again and I strongly advise anyone considering booking with these idiots to run far away."

"I could simply not write a worse review if I tried. I saw someone at the Astoria practice location in October 2020. In early 2021, my insurance changed so I stopped making appointments as they did not accept my new insurance. Fast forward to January 2022 and I receive a surprise bill for $150. The bill states that I had services done on 7/1/2021. How is this even possible? Mistake, perhaps. But impossible to rectify when NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. and when they do answer the phone, they tell you that the doctor will call you. The doctor never called. I am livid. Do not go here if you ever need assistance with billing or mistakes that they made. They are doing something fraudulent and disturbing."
