Friendly staff, the doctor is extremely nice and gets to the point. No waste of time at this office: the doctor's, the staff, mine. I should have found them years before.."

"Sorry to see there are such negative reviews on here. I've been to many doctors and this office is pretty punctual amd always sends my meds. Right away. The only complaint I have is that I sometimes have to wait a little longer. But most of the patients are elderly, english is a second language and most of us are on medicaid. So for a medicaid type doctor, this sint so bad at all."

"I am sorry to say that even though the doctors were quite nice but the other staff working there especially the nurse and the nurse practitioner were very rude, unprofessional and moreover respond to patients as if they are doing a favor. I once gave my urine for a drug test but to learn later that they did not even send the sample to the lab. Also when I requested for my health clearance requirements, the nurse practitioner made faces and responded very negatively. The staff makes you feel as if they give the service for free. They were very disorganized and need to change their profession if they cant handle patients."

"Worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office. The entire staff, including the receptionist were very rude. They are acting as if they are volunteering their services. They're getting paid but respond to patients as if they're doing us a favor. During a follow up visit for an annual physical examination, I asked for a hard copy of MY results. The doctor had the nerve to ask why. Why?..because I'm the patient, that's why. It was like pulling teeth to get a copy of my physical examination results. During my physical examination, I also explained some of my health concerns and the doctor just wasn't concerned and blew my concerns off. One of my concerns was cold sores which I was getting at the time and I know there are prescriptions for that, which I asked for but the doctor basically denied my request, even after it was confirmed from my blood results. Meanwhile I know a person who goes to the same doctor to get Viagra pills (which he doesn't need) but he gets them with no problem. Do yourself a favor and go to another doctor! The inconvenience and rudeness by all staff members is not worth it. And why would anyone play with their health with doctors like that! Do Not Go There!"
