At Nao Medical, we provide a wide array of services, ensuring you have access to quality care whenever you need it. Our offerings include annual physical exams, hormone replacement therapy management, pre- and post-operative physical exams, well-woman exams, and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, and more.
We also address common illnesses like colds, flu, headaches, and urinary tract infections, and offer a variety of screenings including diabetes, HPV, STD, blood pressure, and cancer screenings. Our vaccination services cover flu, tetanus, and pneumonia vaccines to keep you and your family healthy year-round.
Our experienced healthcare team is committed to getting to know you personally, understanding your concerns, and working with you to develop a tailored healthcare plan. Should your care require consultation with specialists, we ensure seamless coordination to provide you with the best possible outcomes.
For your convenience, we perform on-site blood work, EKGs, hearing tests, vision tests, and more. We invite you to schedule your primary care appointments, which are by appointment only, by calling 917-410-6990. Please note that a credit card is required for all appointments, with a $25 charge for cancellations.
We proudly accept all patients, including those with Medicare and pre-existing conditions, and we aim to simplify the process of coordinating your care with outside providers when necessary.
Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 9 pm, and on weekends and holidays from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring you have access to healthcare when you need it. Visit our other locations in Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Long Island to find the office most convenient for you.
