"I found this dr like 4 years ago and I love him and his staff he’s very understanding of my mental health issues about leaving my home and is great when I need my asthma medication refills he will do it over the phone he takes his time with you in the office to understand what is wrong and what medication is best there is never a long wait even though it’s a little far for me since im in south queens I still will take the trip to see him he’s the best primary care dr I’ve had and I have had a lot. "I have been his patient since 2007. He is a great doctor. Doesn't know how to sugar coat things, which I like personally I like straight forward people, anytime you go with the issue he has a solution and he goes above and beyond to make sure insurance covers that and if not he will find a place which can do the same procedure for a lower cost or a better price. Customer service of the front office could be more efficient as compared to other places. I have no complaints on that. It's very hard to find a doctor like this."

"I was referred to Dr.Li by not 1, but 3 dentist. Everyone had good things to say and they weren’t wrong. During my consultation Dr.Li created a plan for my treatment. I’ve always been really embarrassed about my teeth. But he made me feel really comfortable. He’s very personable and patient. I had a lot of questions and he took his time to give me explanations. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed as well as a bone graft the same day. It took him 2 hours! I was completely healed in 1 week. The staff are also amazing. They called me often to check in on me and asked if I had any complications. Check in is always seamless. Everyone here is super sweet and caring. Definitely recommend Dr.Li!"

"I had my first visit with Dr Li last week. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The staff are very accommodating and the office was very clean. Dr. Li is super nice and personable. He asked all the right questions and I didn’t feel as though I was being rushing through the appointment. Dr. Li took his time to explain how my prescribed medication actually works. He answered all my questions and seemed genuinely interested in my well being. He doesn’t take my insurance but had a very reasonable office fee. If you’re looking for a new doctor check him out. My experience was very good. I’m so glad I found Dr. Li. Update: Yesterday I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Li. It’s rare and refreshing to meet a doctor who will take the time to “really” listen and give detailed answers to any questions, ideas or concerns you may have. Especially without feeling rushed. The past few years I’ve been prescribed a medication that never had a generic until recently. My insurance will no longer cover the brand name. I started taking the generic brand for the 6 weeks and with an open mind I expected it to be somewhat effective, however after 6 weeks I was certain that it wasn’t effective at all whatsoever. The appeal was a waste of time. This left me with the only option of paying out of pocket. Dr Li was concerned about the cost obviously knowing most brand names are very expensive. I called my local pharmacy and was quoted over $700 for a months supply. Then Dr Li personally took the time to call some other pharmacies and was able to provide the name of 2 pharmacists that had the same brand script for $225. He then called the pharmacist back and asked them to have it ready because I was going to be there shortly. He even drew me a map. Dr Li went above and beyond what most patients are expecting a doctor to do nowadays. I can say with 100% certainty, Dr. Li is the most kind, caring, considerate, polite and knowledgeable doctor I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I’m thrilled that I found him."
