"I’ve been a patient of Dr. Abbasi for over 10years . He is great doctor, he takes his time to tend to you . His office staff is polite when you’re there. They never answer the phone. In the last 2 years with newer staff and changing of staff . The phone ring and no one returns a message left on answering machine . He needs to rehire staff or retrain them."

"First visit for physical was fine. Took a little while but the register nurse was great. The follow up was a farce. Waited to be seen for over an hour past my appointment time (after turning up 15 mins early, as requested by the office) whilst waiting room was practically empty. After I mentioned to the staff I had been waiting for over an hour there was no apology and seemed they had forgotten about me in the back room. So I left. Refused their offer to reschedule and will not be back."

"The experience that I’ve had with Dr. Maureen Richards, NP has left a bad taste regarding this location. She is unprofessional and does not respect people time. It’s Sad, over a hour and a half late no respect. When she does arrive she will talk to you for 15 minutes then leave. I spend over $600 of health insurance, just to be treated the way I do. I’ve been going to this location since 2020, I would hate to switch but this women is unprofessional."

"Even without an appointment I've never had much of a wait. Yes, I'm a patient of Dr. Abbassi and have been for over 10 years. Don't judge Him by His office staff. You're not there to see them for your Health. You're there to see the Doctor. He won't rush you out of the office if you have concerns or questions. Dr. Abbassi takes His time when it comes to His Patients health. He is a very patient and humble Man/Doctor."

"How is it that I had a schedule appointment for 10:30 AM as a new patient, I arrive at 10:15 AM to take care of any paperwork needed to be filled out. It is now 12:08 PM and iv seen numerous amount of people come and go that arrived after me. Yet I still haven’t been seen, but ask if what I’m here for is an emergency and I reply back no just in pain , and still no urgency put into this matter. You would have thought after sitting here quietly for almost 2 hours I worked here as security just watching people come and go. At 2 hours and 30 minutes is when I was called. However the time spent with the nurse and doctor was exceptional. They ask a lot of question, showed empathy and knew what they was talking about. Visiting DR Samih Abbassi left me in confident with the medication they prescribed. Would recommend to a friend or family but definitely advise to MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR INFORMATION CORRECT BEFORE ARRIVING...."
