Whole Foods Market

"Don't bother visiting the "Information Desk" because they won't know anything and couldn't care less. They'll just get on the PA system and call for someone else to help who also wouldn't know, couldn't care less, and send you on the wild goose chase you were just on. What a waste of time and gas. Really? Try following that link and see where it takes you. Of all the topics listed on that page, not one regards complaints, so here's what happened just so you can do nothing about it. I walked in looking for a specific product, cauliflower thins. When I couldn't find them, I asked a clerk who told me that she wasn't involved with that department. She suggested I go to the info desk, which I did. I explained what I wanted and explained the product in detail, and I got a totally bewildered expression. He pointed over to the cauliflower in the veggie section. I further explained that I'm looking for packaged cauliflower thins (Outer Isle), and he again pointed to the veggies. When I said, um no, he got on the PA and mumbled something over the speakers. A female clerk walked over and said to him, WHAT HAPPENED? WHAT??? Not sure why she already had an attitude. Perhaps she was busy. The info clerk pointed to me where I asked again about the Outer Isle. I got another totally confused expression and she pointed to the fresh cauliflower veggie section. I couldn't have been more detailed in my description. It was then that I figured enough is enough and I just left. Like I said, a total waste of time. Do what you will with this info but I'm done. Bye."

"No matter what day or time you go to this Whole Foods you can always expect random shelves to be completely empty. Today it was the deoderant and ceral isle, last Tuesday it was the first section of produce. People thought I was joking until I started taking pictures. It would be great to have a Whole Foods that was stocked so we don't have to patron other towns and can support the businesses in our own town."

"Best of the Whole Foods in a 15 sq mile radius. The layout is very comfortable. The workers in this particular Whole Foods are the nicest. The customer base for this store is multi ethnic with no bad vibes. Everyone feels comfortable here. The Whole Foods in Madison I feel is slightly better stocked , but it’s minor"

"Quite good entry in the WF lineup. Big store layout, lots of Dark chocolate options, good hot food bar, coffee to go area, pizza, burgers on the fly, mostly clean store. One thing I am noticing at some WF lately is the problem with sushi. Some WF spots have sushi rolls that are jammed with sugar. More than candy bars even. This is one such location. Nowhere should a basic Salmon/Avocado roll have 12+ grams of sugar when other places can do it with 4 or less. Stop adding sugar to things like this whole foods. Trust me, we’re getting enough sugar without you throttling our sushi with it. Very irresponsible for a store that claims to promote healthy food."
