"NJIN is the best! I've been coming here the past 15 or so years, maybe even longer, and I'm always pleased with their respect, professionalism, and kindness. I've had about 3 CT Scans, and numerous mammograms, and follow-up mammograms over the years; and the friendly and professional demeanor of the staff has never changed, even during the pandemic. That being said, I, highly, recommend the New Jersey Imaging Network."
"The technicians and assistant who did my MRI was amazing! Very polite and welcoming. Unfortunately the girl in the front desk was extremely rude, i had a couple of questions and she show clearly that she wasn't in the mood. Not even a smile and rude behavior to the point i was thinking "what possibly happened at 7:45 am that ruined your day so much and with your behavior trying to ruin mines". I didn't want to leave a review but when i saw the technician who was 100% opposite in her behavior i said no, i need to leave this review. Other than that really nice and clean facility, fast results and the technicians amazing."
"Great facility, fast results. However, I feel the doctor’s bedside manner could’ve been a bit warmer, especially considering imaging for things such as breast cancer etc can be a bit unnerving. Overall efficient service."
"Nice office and this was the first time I visited this location. I was seen within about 10 minutes of my arrival plus completion of a 1 page document that was already prefilled by the staff. The technician I had for my mammogram was very nice. Overall, I was in and out quickly, which I appreciated."
"The check in was wonderful, the tec who did my mammogram was very knowledgeable and quick with minimal pulling and tucking She was kind and patient. Very nice experience. Now at check-in it was a different story. I didn’t go back to the person who originally checked me in because she was busy (she was very much on point, knowledgeable, quick professional) So I went to a different window to ask for a form for work. This person was an older woman with all gray hair, she was very unprofessional. When I stepped to the window to ask for the form at one point I could not tell if she was looking for the form or not because there was no acknowledgment. I asked her again about the form because I could not understand it appeared she was just staring. that’s when she said I am looking for your name. After standing there not knowing what she was doing the first window became free and the person I checked in with helped me quickly and continued to provide seamless service. I think this person needs to return to coaching so she knows how to treat customers and learn the system because she could not find my name when I had checked in twenty minutes prior. As the first check in person walked to printer she ( the unprofessional one) as her did you print it never acknowledging me."
