"I came to FemFirst with a year of unsuccessful PT behind me and debilitating Vaginismus. I'm 6 months in and have seen incredible progress. The staff is so friendly, the office is welcoming and clean, and my PT Lima is amazing. She's kind, motivating, and really really good at what she does. I've seen more progress with her in the last 6 months than I have with any other PT. I'm able to do things I haven't my entire life thanks to the work Lima is doing. She always lets me know I'm in control of our sessions and I can set the pace, which takes away a lot of anxiety people may have coming into a pelvic therapy session. "Kristin is by far the best physical therapist I’ve been with. She is dedicated, attentive and takes the time to listen and work on your body while explaining what she is doing. I initially went to see Kristin after giving birth for pelvic reeducation but we ended up working far beyond that, on spots that were hurting previous to the pregnancy. Her main concern is that you come out of the visit feeling better than you did before, and it works. She truly cares about her patients health and always remembers where we left things off from the previous visit. On top of that, she is a kind person who means well. If that's not already obvious, I would definitely recommend Kristin :)"
