"Visited Dr Robinson office for annual checkup. As usual Dr Robinson was attentive and concerned about recent changes to my health He answered all my questions and referred me to specialist s where necessary. He is an excellent primary care physician!!!"

"This office has been becoming very unprofessional lately. I had originally seen anne-marie for a yearly physical and had gotten some blood work done. I had to come back to redo some abnormal normal blood work but Anne-Marie was always unavailable, so I started see another Dr. There for my follow ups. The last time I saw the Dr she told me she'd be using the app to communicate with me so I don't have to keep making appts and that it would be easier. After I received the results from via app she sent me one message and I never heard from her again even after trying to reach out multiple times via app and voice-mail. Fast forward I was getting ready to make an appt for me 3 month follow and called the office because the doctor wasn't showing up on the app. I was informed she wasn't there anymore and when I asked why I wasn't informed they just ignored me and asked me if im making an appt. I decide to just make the appt with anne-marie for 10:45am. Appt day comes I'm running late and called 4 times only for no one to answer the phone. I get to the office 11:05 and the secretary informs me that I'm late and she has to ask if Annemarie will even see me, I tell her I just called 4 times and no one is answering the phone and I just drove 45mins from long island, she responds "oh...yeah" and give me a look like she knows they were purposely ignoring calls, then she just says she has to ask if I can be seen. Eventually Annemarie declines to see me and I plead my case again and remind them that I was suppose to be seen the other doctor and wasn't even informed that she wasn't there anymore after 3 month of waiting, I called multiple times with no one answering the phone and that the appt was important because it was a follow up to some health issues I was having and that I just drove 45 min to get there. The best the said they could do was reschedule me for another day. Very unprofessional."

"If carelessness and indifference is what you are looking for in a primary care physician then this is your guy. Oh how I wish I could give this negative stars. Came in hoping to meet a great doctor left knowing that I just encountered a weirdo that could not even bother to say bye after the consultation. All he does is refer you to other doctors that are in the hood part of Queens and will refuse to help treat anything you may mention you have already been diagnosed with because he does not want to be bothered by human beings and their problems. He is also quick to make insulting comments on personal appearance but wears a wig himself. If you have health issues that you need to get taken care of please save yourself the trip and aggravation. Please find a real doctor ."

"I am writing this review on behalf of my son Gregory A. My son is on Spectrum and is transitioning from being in a pediatricians office to a internist office. It took quite a while to find just the right doctor, but "Congratulations, Dr. Robinson and Staff you won a warm and trusting spot in my heart !" That's very important to me. My first appointment with you was really long, but you were very thorough. You had a lot of patience with me and have a very good bedside manner. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience. You are definitely a keeper."

"Dr Robinson and his staff are wonderful people that deserve more credit during this pandemic. Sometimes life happens and there is a wait but just remember, Dr Robinson and his staff go into great detail to make sure all of your questions are answered. Sometimes this makes appointments run long but they will show you that same hospitality. Parking is kinda bad since they moved offices but it’s more than tolerable since this office is awesome. Been going here for 10 years and will always continue to go here."
