"I have been asking for medical records 2 complete months and Carmen(front desk) has been giving me the run around. Ive set multiple request and phone calls. She provided me with current medical records but has denied me the paper chart medical records where it indicates WHEN Dr. Barrientos started prescribing me with my medication. I called them one last time to ask Carmen on what exactly has to be done to get my COMPLETE medical record. She replied that I'd have to ask the Dr. So I said may I come in today and her reply was yes. I left my job early to go see her only to be told by Carmen that the doctor refuses to see me due to the fact that I didnt have an appt! I pleaded to Carmen as my anxiety went thru the rough go ask her to speak to me for 5 minutes regarding my records. She said no. Imagine my frustration! These documents are highly important to me. I had an uncontrollable breakdown as I realized she was lying to me. She did nothing as she saw my tears of frustration. I told her to make me an appt. She made it for December 4rth (two weeks later!!!) I pleaded with her again and she didnt budge. It is now December 4rth. I called to confirm my appt only to be told that Dr. Barrientos wont be in until next Wednesday. I pray Dr. Barrientos sees this review. Till then, I must continue the battle of obtaining my medical records. Meanwhile it took my specialist 3 days to provide me with my full medical record. Dr. Barrientos is great. Her staff excluding Mary Lou are not empathetic, not professional or poorly trained."

"Dr Monica is the best Doctor in the area. She has an excellent bedside manner and she cares enough to follow up with me to make calls, even late at night to make sure that I am feeling ok. I really love seeing her and my Wife and I have been using her services for years. She is someone who knows what they are doing and When I traveled to Peru , she was the only Doctor that I spoke with who knew what type of medication I needed for my Trip to Machu Picchu, without her help , I would never been able to go to such a high elevation.She is worldly, Knowledgeable , and comes from a family of Excellent Physicians. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great Primary care physician, Thank you Dr B"

"WORST DOCTOR!!! If I could give her zero stars .. that's what she deserves. Worst doctor. Never again . Always on vacation. Cancels my appointments last minute. Her office is not clean. And the staff is rude."
