"Everyone is nice and professional but They don't answer the phone.After being on hold for more than 1hour and a half, finally somebody answer the phone when I was going to leave a message and inform me that on Wednesday they don't take patients until 12 p.m, they should post that online so everyone knows not to call or record a message and played it instead of waiting for someone to answer the phone."

"Negligents and irresponsibles. My dad is 75 years old and he needs medicines for life and they canceled his appointment. He rescheduled it and gave them an appointment weeks later. He run out of medicines and when he went to the pharmacy, they called his doctor for approval and she don't answer the phone. My dad have call them many times, and leaving voicemails, and still don't answer. After waiting several weeks, he received a call this morning that his appointment have been cancelled because the doctor couldn't make it. In the meantime, he don't have medicines. Is been weeks without medicine. If my dad (hopefully not) but if my dad can't make it, me and my family will sue. Metropolitan Family Health is a joke. Ridiculous."

"I think some of the negative reviews are outdated. I think the staff really tries here. Some of the issues are with the patients that come here. The staff can’t get patients in and out when a lot of them come late for their appointments — not 10-15 mins late from looking for parking, I have noticed some being a half an hour late or more. Overall, I’m happy with the level of service this clinic provides, especially since they take all “community” plans. They also expanded and took over the unit next door. Pediatric is now separated from Adult care. I think this is an improvement since it’s more organized now. I give this place 5 stars to offset the outdated bad reviews."

"These reviews are very much ACCURATE for the Garfield Ave location. They used to be great in the beginning but now, they're terrible. I won't go much into detail because there are plentyyy of examples of poor customer service, long wait times, & staff taking clients as a joke. I switched out locations & my kids & I now visit West NY - Best decision BY FAR. They're cleaner, friendlier, & are way more responsive! Therefore, I'll give them 4 stars on the strength of the new location. Reviews sure do help, so pay attention & spare yourself the bullsh*t!"
