"I am truly impressed with the professionalism at this facility. For starters, I called in the very late afternoon and they picked up the phone right away. Josue was excellent! He scheduled the appointment and thoroughly explained the process. The next day I had to change the appointment time and Ashley was also super helpful. The appointment was for my 93 year old mother. They were caring, cautious, and attentive from the moment we arrived, when one of the staff members came to my aid assisting with the doors, to the tech who performed the scan, and the friendly departure. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this facility, and will definitely use them if I need Imaging services!"

"Had an appointment at 9 am, and showed up at 8:40 am. There were two people before me. Was given Barium at 9 am and was told that I would be called at 10 am. One person was taken in at 9:15 am, and the other at 9:45 am. I sat waiting for my turn until 11:15 am when they took in another patient who came in at 10:15 am (He said he had a 10 am appointment). I approached them to ask when it was my turn because they took several patients who came in way after me, and I'd been waiting for almost 3 hours after taking my Barium. They looked at me as if they had forgotten about me, and then asked the tech to take me in. The MRI only took 5 minutes after they forgot about me. The staff was polite but I will NOT recommend it to anyone. Very bad experience."
