"I can say that the emergency room was great the workers there were great and the emergency room doctors they admitted my mom and that's when the nightmares started they put her on the 5th floor and I was a witness of the nasty workers that were there treated everybody bad very rude didn't answer questions bathroom was clogged up dirty linen inside the shower with the shower curtain rippe on top of that they treated my mother very bad the person next to her bed actually verify that they heard my mother being mistreated I called the hospital and never got a call back left messages and nothing I could sue them if I want for the mistreatment that they gave my mother but I will leave them in God's hands. I hope that the nurses and the staff on the 5th floor see this review because they're going to know that this is true."
"I came here three times during my pregnancy for vaginal bleeding. An ultrasound was performed during each visit. I specifically asked the doctor EACH TIME if they found a source for the bleed. The first two visits, the doctors told me no. The third visit, the ultrasound tech mentioned a clot in my uterus. When the doctor came to speak to me, she didn't mention it until I asked. Otherwise, she wasn't going to mention it at all. She told me to check MyChart for my ultrasound results and when I did, I found that a subchorionic hematoma had been discovered at EVERY visit. I also have an ovarian cyst that was present during every ultrasound and no one told me about it. The cyst and hematoma were noted in my ultrasound results for ALL THREE visits. So why did the doctors tell me nothing was found when I asked?? That means a week and a half went by where I went undiagnosed and wasted precious time when I could have been discussing next steps with my provider. I will never trust these doctors again."
"I made the mistake to come here for a "simple" deep cut. Over 5 hours for few stitches. I am also an EMT and among us this hospital is considered the worst of the worse. Stay away. I'm shocked that management read these reviews and doesn't do anything. I was told all they care is $."
"I was admitted due to severe pulmonary issues (asthma attack). 1. I needed a steroid and 3 breathing treatments. I was told after each treatment ring the nurse to refill. For the 3rd treatment someone came in and said they will get the nurse. I was a lot better but still wheezing. I waited about 10 mins to ring the nurse again. How much longer would I have waited if I didn’t ring the nurse for the 2nd time? 2. They gave me printed scripts instead of sending it directly to my pharmacy. I had to walk from the parking lot across the street in torrential downpour b/c valet was nowhere to be found so when I got to the check in window I almost passed out. I was still wheezing when I left but you left it to the patient to take trips to the pharmacy when walking exacerbates shortness of breath. That’s not the kicker. 3. I had to pull myself out of bed this morning to go to my pharmacy. They said the wait would be 30min. Going back home was too much b/c I was winded walking to my car. I didn’t want to stress my lungs having to do that again, so I decided to wait. I sat in the parking lot and waited 2hrs in my car b/c my prescription was delayed. It was delayed b/c the script was filled out incorrectly. I called the hospital and spoke w/ Dr. Baker, she said “We put a note on the albuterol cartridges prescription saying to “add nebulizer”. We do that for patients who don’t have a machine at home. This happens often where they reject it. I can give a verbal okay over the phone with the pharmacy but that’s only if your insurance doesn’t require a pre-authorization. In that case you’ll have to connect with/ your PCP.” So the hospital filled it out knowing the high possibility it would be kicked back …and failed to divulge this very important information w/ the patient (me) while being given the scripts. To top it off, you have me call the pharmacy about the prescription error saying to have the pharmacy call us instead of just doing it yourself. Knowing what I was admitted for, you want me playing phone tag…when I have to pause every 3sec b/c I’m winded? I was supposed to take my next treatment at 8am…it’s approaching 11:30am. LASTLY My friend called and respectfully advocated for me, there was no profanity/threats used. He asked to speak to a supervisor b/c of the severity. The doctor called me back and initiative was finally taken, the pharmacy was going to be called. The Dr told me before the call ended “can you tell your partner or husband to not call anymore b/c he’s causing problems.”"
"i will never come here again . i came here with my 4 year old at 8pm It's 2am now and i haven't seen the doctor yet . yes 6 hours later and im still waiting for someone to see my daughter"
