"In terms of the radiology procedure, I will give them a 5. However, in terms of billing, I will give them a 0. They are a total scam. On the day of the service, we got an estimate of what the service was going to cost, including an estimate of what the insurance was going to discount, and I paid the balance. However, when they bill the insurance, they raise the total amount, so even though the final insurance discount is more than what the original estimate showed, I still owe money. I get the original estimate was an estimate. However, raising the total price after the fact and refusing to acknowledge it is just a total scam."

"They are horrible I was told I needed to pay over $239 dollars for an ultrasound when the last ultrasound only cost me $65 2 days prior. I was told by the nasty girl at the desk that if I didn't pay to turn back around and walk out the door. When my EOB came back it stated I only had a $65 copay and they only billed my insurance $236 in total. I am out this money and have been waiting for my refund. I can not speak with a supervisor and no on ever calls me back. DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE POCKETING THE MONEY!!!"

"I haven't been to Montclair Radiology for a while, when I went there yesterday for a yearly ultrasound, I realized that the name was changed, it became NJ Imaging Network! They kept on sending me that my appointment was 12:30pm and I have to be there 15mins early. I arrived 12:10, went to let them know that I was there, I was advised to write my name on a list. About 35 mins passed nobody acknowledge my appointment, so I went and spoke to one of the women that the time was 12:45, well over my appointment time that they had not yet checked me in. It became apparent that they had problems, they could not checked me in another 30 mins, it looked like they do not know what they were doing. I was so disappointed that I left. What a change! I wouldn't really like to do business with NJ Imaging Network, from one of the best companies to a worse one!"

"If you are looking for a faculty whose staff treat you kindly during moments of uncertainty and fear this is NOT the place. The hostile front desk and annoyed attitudes are not helpful when facing a cancer scare."
