"I went to this doctor bc he is one of the only doctors in my area who accepts my health insurance. I went their for a physical he gave my a lecture and how I should speak Spanish. I told him I do, but I was more comfortable speaking English about my health and he told me that I should speak Spanish more so my son learns. Very inappropriate, but I still decided to keep him as my doctor because of my insurance. BIG MISTAKE! I called the office 2 days ago for an appointment and was told he couldn't see me because he would be out of the office for the rest of the week. His office staff said he would send a script to My pharmacy. But that never happened. In fact I called and they hung up on me and wouldn't take my calls..gave me the run around all day. Thank God I start a new job.soon with better benefits. So I will never go there again!"

"My grandmother comes here and I must say she has a great relationship with her PCP and has been coming here for many years. Some improvements can be made. There is some disorganization and lack of follow-up with the patient. Education and resources should be readily available for patients and their caregivers. Also, lab results, review of medications and next steps in plan of care should be communicated with patients."

"I’m so disappointed I’ve been coming to this clinic and every time I come I’m humble, I am a medical assistant so I understand how it can be in a small clinic so I always give them the benefit of the doubt. I went in to the clinic early yesterday morning and was greeted with disrespect and a attitude ( I literally only went in for a referral for physical therapy car was hit by a fire truck!). Whatever personal issues should not be brought to work. The doctor is nice every time I see him I can not lie BUT the wife the other females in the front is a problem they help who they want. Anyways She was completely disrespectful and aggressive as if I was begging her for something!. I’m changing my clinic as I write this literally! I felt so disrespected I never been to a clinic and have a grown woman roll her eyes give me sooo much attitude for no reason at all and tried to treat me like I was slow I swear if I’m lying God won’t bless me! Anyways thank God I won’t step foot in there again or let them benefit from my coverage!"
