"Got bad directions from the person at the office. I was told to go down the wrong street. Had to loop around large block to find the "courtyard", only to put on hold, so had to find the office myself, only to be told in person my appointment is canceled because I was so late. I am not the only one with issues finding your office as I spoke with people in elevator. Perhaps you should start sending new patients actual proper directions or a map because there isn't a visible building number where you're located. Won't rebook because receptionists were not sympathetic nor apologetic even though am walking with a cane, I have a feeling they were the ones giving me the wrong direction. Waste of time. Only sympathetic and apologetic person was the doorman. Super nice person and willing to hear me out. Sadly, I am here to leave a PSA for everyone. Good luck to your other new patients."
"Dr Chan is terrific. I broke my shoulder 4 years ago and never thought I’d be able to do anything again. My shoulder on his own in different ways. He is a very reassuring doctor and very smart. I’m now able to do taekwon do thanks to him."
"Dr. Ferdinand Chan is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon who recently performed a meniscus repair on my right knee for a complex bucket handle tear . From the very start, his expertise and dedication were evident. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, ensuring I understood every aspect of the procedure. The post-operative recovery has been remarkably smooth, a testament to Dr. Chan's surgical skills. He listened, addresses concerns, and ensured that I was comfortable with the treatment and plan. In the realm of orthopedic surgery, Dr. Chan is undoubtedly a gem. His proficiency in surgical techniques amazes me and definitely makes him a top choice for anyone seeking orthopedic care. My experience under his care has been exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone in need of orthopedic expertise."
"Dr. Chan was nothing less than great. Other doctors were leading me astray from actually solving my problem. He was able to diagnose me without my MRI CD uploading (this was on my end). The good part is he explained to me exactly what my symptoms were, without me telling him. He was spot on! This is the go to place if you want genuine help. Thanks Dr. Chan! P.S The facility is top tier. Everyone was good."
"I had very pleased experience with Dr. Chan. He was very polite and friendly. I had injured my ACL in 2016. At that time, I didn't have confident to get my surgery done. Few years past, I came across to Dr. Chan. He explained the procedure step by step and made me feel self assured that I could possibly get back to sports. Now after 6 months of post surgery, I feel so much better. It all thanks to Dr. Chan for being an amazing mentor and orthopedic. I highly recommend Dr. Chan for any medical procedure."
