Nurse by the nickname Apple was very encouraging and helpful keeping me informed. I believe her name was Apellonia and doctor Jones was very nice. Thank God for people who still have a heart of real caring may nurse Apple continue to have a heart of serving."

"Ambulance took my husband there, I wasn’t happy. There is a very nice doctor, he was so helpful and caring. Unfortunately I don’t his name. Now a days you don’t find good doctors like him. He had made me feel so much better. Off course my husband got very good care."

"My brother was there yesterday. No diagnosis. And the care was digusting. And they are also incompetent and left his IV in. He was in so much pain and didn't realize until he got home and took his jacket off. I would give a 0 if I could. STAY AWAY!!! FAR AWAY!!! Would never recommend this hell hole to anyone."

"I grew up by this hospital but never had to come in for myself. I came in for my son today and the staff is wonderful. My experience was wonderful. I didn’t know how long I would be here because the ER is unpredictable, since anything can happen to anyone, at any time. I am grateful that I was here for about two to three hours. They were caring and made sure to communicate. I would recommend it. I pray others have an easy and wonder experience, as well."

"I am at the Montefiore Westchester campus for the second time in a week. I have to say this is the best emergency room ever! They are fast, thoughtful, quiet, clean, and right to the point. no long waits for anything. They are everything you want in an emergency room. I want to tell people about this hospital, but that might mess it up, so..forget everything I said... don't come here. You will hate it...NO. THEY ARE THE BEST, really. THANK YOU, GUYS."
