"Quest has monopolized diagnostics and therefore doesn't feel the need to provide customer service. Impossible to get a person on the phone or even see one until after you "check-in" electronically which you can't do more than 10 mins prior to the appointment time that you have to create yourself"

"If I can give it zero stars I would! Do not go to this location, I made an appointment and waited an hour for someone to open the door and no one answered. I rang the bell multiple times, Called the office and no one bothered to answer. I do NOT recommend going to this place, They are the worst!!!"
