"Have been a patient of Dr. May for over 5 years. She is very straightforward and knowledgeable, and I feel like I leave having all of my concerns addressed. It's very easy to make appts, the wait time has become much shorter, and simple to get in touch with the Dr and staff, either through the portal or calling the office. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. I'm happy to have found this Dr and office."

"Dr Helen May, has been my Doctor for 23yrs... I'm very blessed to have her as my physician, she has always been very thourough in her examinations, instructions, and cares about you enough to be a little tough about taking care of yourself. She's very serious about her patients, wherein there are other doctors that are not, believe me.. there not. For quite a few of them it's just patients in and patients out, and medicate them, that's it. So if you have Dr. May be glad, your blessed as well. I hope we have many more years with her. "Will change doctors. She is rude and so is her staff. It's almost impossible to get any info by phone, nobody has the patience and kindness, not even the doctor - she will hung up on your face. At consultations, she's a mix, sometimes it seems like she's being attentive and some other times she just dismisses what you say and don't want to offer you the help you were hoping to get. I don't want to be made feel bad by my health providers."

"Dr May is an mature well experienced Doctor and a very nice person. She is thorough to me, and explains medical information that might be a bit complicated. She is very busy at times and likes her patients to listen to her as well. She follows the medical rules or guidelines, anyone is breaking them she has no knowledge of.
