"This hospital ER has terrible service, the worse one I’ve been to. The nurses look lost and when asked to get checked they just tell you “im sending someone.” I witnessed my sister suffer for 2 hours straight. Like this I don’t see the point of coming to the ER if they just let you lie there and suffer as if you’re at home. Terrible ER."

"This place is a joke and the waiting hrs in this er is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, the nurses and the doctors see you at the own time and when they want to and you will be waiting hrs to get seen and checked and they would over look your symptoms and just go on about they have to do. If you have to be admitted you'll have to wait hrs to get admitted. I've been her around 8 in the morning for my asthma and I'm sick and the doctor did give me treatments and prescribed me medicine and discharged but I still wasn't feeling well, he told me that they would have to admit me, how u going to discharge someone like this and the doctor going to say "there's no sign of distress and ur talkin very well like what that have to do what I'm going through at the moment and came back second time in the evening because I still wasn't feeling good, it felt like someone is sitting on my chest and it been like that since i came at 8 in the morning, I don't know why I came to this horrible garbage of a place"

"I had to wait 15hrs before getting admitted I came at 11AM to the emergency room by ambulance and. I was brought to the wrong area. I was brought to the UDRGENT CARE AREA which I was to sick and had to lay down and while I was there I asked for Tylenol from the nurse and I had to wait 3hrs before I got Tylenol. The Day Shift Dr lied to me and said there was no beds and I'm being transferred to Mount Vernon Hospital and then they find a room at 2:30 AM the next morning. Its redicoules that I had to wait all that time"

"ER are usually slow , but this ER is not only slow but very unprofessional with the way they talk and check their patients. It’s literally just work for them here . They will do all these tests and give you the runaround. If you want to kill time come right over ."

"Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! No attention to detail, lack common courtesy practices! You can't be wrong and strong! If you don't speak up for yourself, they'll more than likely forget about you depending on the severity of your emergency! They let people who've been discharged sleep in the waiting room! Security eating sandwiches and chit chatting! Low energy environment, but tis the Bronx!"
