"Dr. Didn't know what bariatric/sleeve gastrectomy was. He needed to confirm symptoms with my insurance via a prescription note and instead wrote it on plane paper- which insurance can't do anything with. Then when I called and said I needed it written in a prescription pad she said he was on vacation and will be back the 22nd and I said I'd come in then, they told me he needs a few days to get situated, all just for a note!!! It would take one minute to write a note confirming symptoms so my insurance will cover certain treatment, but he needed to "get situated." Poor experience and won't being back"
