"I was scheduled for an 9am appointment. I arrived at 837. The staff was friendly and communicated with me that the doctor was “on her way from working at the hospital. “ I was told the same thing about every 20 minutes for over an hour. I feel like Dr. Andreescu did not prioritize me as a patient. I am now late to work and will have to schedule an appointment at another time elsewhere. I refuse to have a primary care doctor that I can’t depend on. They should not have appointments available if there is even a small chance that the doctor will not make it. It is unfair to your patients. Thank you to the friendly staff for communicating with me but this is unacceptable on the doctors behalf."

"Visited Prevention Clinics for first time today as new patient. Visited the office for my annual physical. Made my appointment a few weeks ago. The entire experience was great. I received via text message 24hrs in advance a link to fill out paperwork. In the office I also had the opportunity to utilize their digital/iPad system to finish some registration paperwork that I had pending. Seamless process. I saw Dr. Boutros and he was great. To my grate surprise, I was able to do my blood work in the office. I was in an out within less than a hour. Will definitely recommend this office to anyone."
