"This place is an assembly line. Tons of staff all very nice but the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Waiting rooms are small and crowded with long wait times. Dr.s are overworked running from office to office, hospital to hospital, then surgical suites for procedures.... Average time with a doctor is 3 minutes before they rush out of the room."
"The prices are just crazy over here, for a simple visit no treatment 500 $. Extortion"
"Should you have Peyronie’s disease, do not let these doctors talk you into the Nesbit plication surgery. I was told I’d lose about a centimeter or 2 at most. I wound up losing half my length after surgery."
"Had a surgical procedure done here. Dr. A is good. The anesthesiologist Dr. Ekulide was dismissive and rude. I tried to ask her what drug she gave me that made my throat feel closed up (possible anaphylaxis) after surgery. She just walked away and ignored me and staff. Who does that? Not cool. Now I have to make a big deal. It's my life."
"Horrible experience. I had to wait over an hour. The line went out the waiting room. And this is after waiting over a month to even get an appointment. I asked two different staff members why the wait and how long it would be. Both said they were not behind and it wouldn’t be long. I mentioned to the front desk lady that I was on my lunch break and if it was going to be long I would need to reschedule. Again I was promised not too long. After 30 minutes I asked again how long and I was told five minutes. 20 minutes later I was called into see the doctor and 10 min after that he came in. The doctor was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He told me a few things I never knew. But overall he did not do or say anything different than my primary hasn’t already. And the main reason I went to a specialist was for special insight. Overall d@ck doctors are a dime a dozen and this place is a penny."
