"Although I’m not a direct patient of this practice, my significant other is and I have seen how stressed she has been being a patient here. For her to get an appointment where they see her ON TIME and don’t mix her appointments up with another patient, is unheard of. The doctor has thrown diagnoses around without having supporting evidence, prescribed medications that have nothing to do with the concerns my partner is there for and NOTHING has been done about the physical pain she has been enduring due to an unfortunate car accident. Doctors visits are supposed to be you arrive on time, you’re seen on time most of the time, but here is pretty much arrive on time, and never leave. I’m sure we all want our loved ones being seen/treated by compassionate doctors who take time to really understand and help their patients, which is why I do not recommend coming here or sending anyone here unless you have time to waste. Staff has a tendency to put people on hold then forget about them and next thing you know, you’re on hold for 20 minutes and all they can say is “Oh sorry.” not even a valid excuse. All of this is being said on a professional level. Regardless of what staff is like in their personal lives, there definitely needs to be a reiteration of how to treat patients and how to run a proper practice."
"Zero stars would still be too much for this mess of a practice. Stay away from this place. Doctor and front desk staff share patient names in front of me. In the past the office has cancelled my appointments and switched my appointments with other patients without telling me. Takes hours for me to be seen by the doctor or even talk to her on the phone. I don’t know what’s the point of an appointment if I’m never seen on time while the doctor just lounges around drinking coffee and talking to staff. Dr misdiagnosed me with fibromyalgia and wants me to take antidepressants even tho she has only met me twice (first was an initial visit and second one was a follow up for tiredness and she mentioned lupus or Lyme disease which she was going to give me antibiotics for). I told her my pain is from a car accident back in September. In her response to a google review she states “ Chronic issues take time to develop and need comprehensive time to diagnose and treat. Multiple visits are good for a thorough evaluation as this is not a diagnosis that can treated at an urgent care“ so why was I diagnosed after two visits?? Thorough evaluation where ??? I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone."
"So I went to Dr. Kadadia three times she was great the first time n she said to me switch to United health you'll get more benefits which I did but I had fewer doctors very few then blue cross blue shield. It was definitely benefiting her then me. Moving forward I saw her once in doctor room with her. She was great. Moving forward the last time I actually saw her was n her office n she did not have my blood work after ten minutes she got it and I wanted to talk to her about my fibramalgia which she informed me that she can take care of it. After 5 minutes in her office she said I have other patients you have to go leaving me hanging. I'm so sorry that it did not work out . Good luck with your bill n after the third visit they wanted to do as physical why not do that the first day........mm she's all about money u would not recommend her to anyone!!!!!! I would not recommend her to anyone n by the the way her f sucks"
"Let me start out by saying her office staff is incredible . When you call a doctor is because you need one. Her staff totally understands this. They fit you in no matter what. Now about Dr. Kapadia she is absolutely the brightest doctor I have ever met. She was referred to me by a friend. Who knew this woman would be a incredible find. My family now goes to her also. I have sent friends. Everyone is shocked at her response time and her compassion. She treats you like you are family. I wish they had 10 stars because she is above the 5."
"Really nice doctor though she herself is only at the office Tuesdays and Thursdays. The doctor listens carefully to your concerns and addresses your issues. She takes the time to carefully go over your results and thoroughly explains everything. While it can take a while to reach her office by phone at times, once you speak to someone its easy to schedule an appointment. Generally, she has availabilities within a few days of the call and the office wait time isn't too bad either depending on what time frame your appointment is scheduled. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. The office also has a patient portal. However, I have found that they don't upload much to it other than appointment dates. Additionally, prescriptions are sent over to my pharmacy the same day and so far there have been no issues in this regard. Her office does charge your insurance for everything even requireing you to call in for simple refills which they input as an appointment. This seemed odd but she did explain to me that it has to do with insurance administrative requirements so I do have to apologize for making an issue out of it."
