"I would avoid this place at all cost. They told me that my insurance is in network. Few month latter they send me a bill and when I called them they told me my insurance is out of network. This place is not transparent with their client. They lied to me."

"The customer service was way off, the attention to detail could be better. I had an 8am appt, and they were sending a driver. The front desk person called the day before saying the driver would call 10 minutes before. So by 8am, I'm worried. I called the office and the guy doesn't apologize or mention that the driver is coming until after I told him I had been waiting. The second problem- paperwork: I had to fill out several papers requesting the same information. I've had several MRI's done before, this was a lot more work than usual. I think some of this stuff is a hoax to get extra money. 3. The consideration for time was absent. I arrived at 8:44, and didn't finish until 10:47. I was told the visit would take only 1 hour, why was I there for two hours??? This threw off my whole entire day, and made me very late for my next appt. Other details, they aren't concerned about cleanliness. They had orange peels in the.lobby trash that was rotting- which means no one checks the trash can. The carpet had a huge stain on it- not welcoming. The dressing area looked a little dingy. The tech handed me unwrapped earplugs with her bare hands to put in my ears. She should have worn gloves or used wrapped ear plugs. The front desk person appeared to have dirty finger nails. When working around customers with things you both have to touch, clean hands are super important. His hands were filthy enough for me to feel very concerned. And then the earplugs were not enough to decrease the sound of the machine! I left with a headache from the noise. They need better earplugs that block out noise. They should look into what other places with good reviews are using. And leave your valuables at home or in your car, because the little safe they have doesn't work. And the guy had no idea how to fix it. The only good thing about this place is the technician was nice. And they provided a nice warm blanket for the cold room. I just hope the MRI results are better than that front desk guy's attention to detail."
"Best MRI facility around. Understanding,caring and always willing to help from front desk to above qualified techs,to the billing department, to the owners. This is truly the best imaging facility around. They treat all their patients like family. "Constantly being called by Diagnostics billing department to play liaison to my insurance company. For months I've been telling billing dept to stop calling me on my job to call my insurance company to find out what is delay in communications. When I do get contact my insurance I am told that they just received communications from Diag Imaging and that the process will take 30 business days. I threatened Diagnostic Imaging before that I would rate a review on their website if they continue to call me to do their billing departments work, and low and behold they called me again today. Diag Imag says she will now call my insurance company to find out why they are not paying. When she should have done that before calling me. I did call my insurance company told me that finished the claim just yesterday and a check will be mailed. Diagnostic Imaging should not call their Patients to stop what they are doing to call their insurance company to find solutions then call Diag Imaging back with result. That is what a billing department is for. It is not fair that patients are hassled by Diagnostic Imaging billing department for claims to be paid. So now I am being billed by Diag Imaging because my insurance company did not pay fast enough. I just found out Dial Imaging is out of my network and my insurance will pay part of bill. I sure hope my bill is reflective as my insurance just finished the claim yesterday but Diag Imaging said they already sent a bill but have my incorrect address. So address should be changed as well as amount of my bill."
