"If I could give 0 STARS I WOULD. Just got off the phone with Tahirah (absolutely horrible person to be talking on the phone with). Calls the day of the cancel my grandfather's appointment because the doctor is leaving early and they have been trying to contact us since April 16 to confirm (LIES) after talking with my father on the phone. We confirmed the appointment last night via mychart. I do not feel comfortable bringing my grandfather to such a hostile environment if that's the interaction I received on the phone. Sorry for the doctor, but maybe you should check who is picking up your phone..."
