"Even with an appointment the wait is 20+ minutes — most locations do not take as long but this one seems do run very behind :("

"Very nice and helpful lady drawing my blood however the scheduling process needs to be improved. Don't schedule people for specific times if you are unable to take them on time. I came 10min prior to my appointment and I waited another 30 min after the scheduled time. We respect your time and you please respect our time. People are hurrying back to work and there is a reason why we need specific time for our appointments. Hire more people if needed to or space out the appointments - give us realistic time slots. The other employee was just walking around and chatting and it clearly didn't bother him that people are waiting there. If he was on a lunch break he should make it clear because to us it looked like he's just hanging there while the other person is working hard to help us."

"Joe and the other technician there were great. I did the 3hr glucose test, am 6mo pregnant. Kind, positive, looked out for me and accommodated me when I was feeling ill. Joe has gentle, skillful needle work"

"Horrible experience. I've been to many of the Quest locations in the area, and this was by far the worst. Didn't seem like the guy drawing my blood knew what he was doing. After 2 attempts, I asked for someone else. A woman came and did it right away. Staff in the lab yelling to each other across the office. Very small, tight waiting room. A mother came in with a child who was coughing all over. No way to wait outside."
