"Great overall experience, from the nurses to the doctor. Takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about his patients."
"Awesome Doctor & APN team, as an existing patient. My parents referred me, which I know my mom with several medical issues liked Melissa than I knew she's the one for me. I tried them out and they don't make them like this anymore. The doctors here Juan & Melissa have compassion, and empathy towards the patients. They take the time to get your medical history and only focus on you throughout the care without distributions and they're bilingual. It can be a bit tricky access the office but recently the new receptionists have been fast, friendly, courtesy, and tentative."
"I wouldn't give any starts to this office. I am a nurse and was trying to help my patient to get an appointment with the doctor. Receptionist put me on hold for more than 45 mins and then hung up and this is not a first time. I have several patients, who are currently Dr. DeSueza's patients and have same issue. I don't understand how can people reach out to this doctor and how they would make an appointment. I am recommending everyone to change their PCP to physicians who care about their patients. I am about to call State Medicaid office and report this terrible service. Please, everyone, who is considering to chose this doctor to be your PCP, do yourself a favor, DON'T. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY EITHER!!!"
"Great doctor, but never available for walk ins or emergencies. Staff is very rude and not compassionate toward patients. They even hang up the phone on you. They need to be more sensitive. They forget that their salaries come from us, patients."
"The office and receptionists at this practice are horrible! They are not fit for human compassion or medical care. I have been on the phone with them for a week straight trying to get my moms prescription for medicine that she really needs and they were playing phone tag with me and selling me lies that they sent a script to a pharmacy when they did not! Everyone there was awful to communicate with and even my pharmacist agreed they are not kind people! They have multiple people working phones and my ONE pharmacist was told to call them even though that is against policy. This doctors office needs to get new staff. I’m going to move my mom from this practice for the horrible customer service."
