"The doctor is good but the organization of the appointments is a disaster, you call and make an appointment and they give you a specific time but they make you wait more than two hours, they start calling in a disorderly manner and when you ask for explanations the receptionists have an attitude despot, they stop at the cell phone and the only thing they tell you is that they don't know; It's just that there are people with more needs and then if that is the case I wonder why they make appointments if they are not going to respect the schedules, it is okay to wait up to an hour but more than two hours is a lack of respect, it is really the last time I come here and I feel sorry because Doctor Raul is good and I admit it, except that the mess he has at the reception is frustrating!!!! Change receptionists!!! And I'm sure everything will get better"
