"Made an appointment through Zocdoc get to the appointment with my son after waiting 1 month which was the next available date. Get greeted by not happy receptionist who seemed upset I showed up to the appointment. They asked when I made the appointment and where! Followed by comments well doctor has a surgery and needs to go lets see what will happen. After waiting and me watching her interact with the doctor she then comes back and said that they had to cancel! (Didn’t even offer to reschedule) This is completely irresponsible. Waited a full month for this visit. My son has kidney stones!!! The office didn’t care to call ahead of time to reschedule or after I’m there that this doctor who was there and I saw said he wasn’t going to see him! Sad to see doctors who cares do little for patients to just decide to cancel. Honestly glad this happened because I wouldn't want a doctor who cares so little for his patients to see my son! Or be part of an office with no empathy for patients. Horrible experience @Dr. Campo Richard"

"I have used Dr Campo since 2007 and have enjoyed every yearly appointment. He will take the time to explain anything you ask him and gives honest answers. A great bedside manner - I am never afraid to ask him about any issue or question I may have. I have also never had to wait long to meet with him. Typically just several minutes wait - never an hour or even a half hour. I think I am in and out of his office in 30-45 minutes including paying my copay, the visit and scheduling the next appointment."

"Saw Dr. Campo for a vascetomy and all good. You go into office for consultation where he explains the whole process in detail and answers questions.Onto his facility in saddle brook where it happens. In and out within 2 hours and back to work in 3 days. Had some swelling after week 3 so I called and they got me into seeing him the following morning. I cannot ask for better service than that. Don't choose a Dr. based on his staff. Would you rather bad Dr. and amazing staff??"

His knowledge and experience brought much relief to us that this was not a medical problem and gave us information for how to deal with our situation.
