"I had a painful problem getting my MRI scheduled. I walked into the Paramus Park office and explained my situation and Christopher was amazing. He was so helpful and courteous and he efficiently made my problem go away and helped me get my MRI done. The facility is very clean’ the staff is delightful. The MRI machine is awesome because it is a bit roomier than an older machine and they imaged my lower back in 20 mins! Renato was my MRI technician and was awesome too. In my own work, I provide customer service and the staff at this facility inspired me what world class customer service feels and looks like. If you need an MRI or x rays etc, this is the place you want to go. I never write reviews but after my experience I had to let you all know that this is the best place you can go. I would go a long way out of my way to go back to this place and this staff if I moved."

"The facility was absolutely stunning! Clean neat and modern. The staff at the registration area were pleasant and greeted me with a smile. I didn’t have to wait long and I was taken in for my testing early before my appointment time. Michelle was my ultrasound technician and she made me feel comfortable immediately! She was pleasant, happy, welcoming and made me feel safe during an uncomfortable test. I give this imaging center 5 stars and thank you for your time and care!"

"I needed to have an ultrasound done quickly because I was scheduled to leave for vacation. This facility was easy to get to, registration a breeze, comfortable waiting area. They took me in as scheduled no extra waiting time. My technician Michelle greeted me and made me feel comfortable. I liked that she reviewed my history prior to this appointment so it could help her with the current scan. I would highly recommend using this Atlantic Health facility for all your needs."

"GREAT experience here! Everyone is so friendly and warm. The front desk is professional and polite. Jim took care of my MRI and was both friendly and skilled. I was seen right on time, the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable (even getting my music choice queued up on spotify!), and they managed my request for a digital copy of my results before I left. I highly recommend!!"
