"Had an appointment today for a physical. Took time off of work. When I arrived for my 9:15 appointment, I was asked to wait. In the 25 minutes before I was called, I saw Dr. Shimmick come into the reception area several times, once, even saying he was bored. I think he was waiting for someone or something. Once I was called in, I was asked what the follow up was for. I said, I was here for a physical. Nurse said, no, you're scheduled for a follow up. I corrected her in saying I was scheduled for a physical, can you please give me my physical checkup. After checking with the Dr.(I had been seeing for over 20 years), he said he didn't have time to give me a physical, there were other patients scheduled. No one was there waiting, he was talking to an IT guy I believe. No one apologized, or offered to help me or even paid any attention to me. I was dismissed without a thought, after over 20 years. The office staff was condescending and outright cold."

"The doctor is great but staff is terrible. So many great doctors with staff in NYC and Westchester. I would recommend going with one of those instead"
