"scheduling secretary rude, dismissive and arrogant. refused to schedule my MRI over some nuance about needing a physical copy of my prescription, which they could easily have obtained from my dr themselves, despite having diagnosis and all necessary data on the authorization from my insurance whose scheduling agent was likewise miffed about the uncooperative position and suggested that I go to Hartsdale Imaging. who immediately scheduled and gave no problems. have had 3 previous MRIs at this facility and never had someone so uncooperative or rude. pretty sure they were just being lazy. Phone skills matter."

From the front desk/reception area [Alice, Helen (manager) & especially J] to the technicians (Elaine, Rick, Nancy & another woman-sorry I forgot her name); they all are so pleasant and professional and added a calming effect to being an MRI patient over a two-day period! "I have taken my aunt here for imaging quite a few times. The staff, from the receptionist, to the nurses and techs are just amazing! My aunt doesn't speak any English, so they always allow me to come inside to make her feel better. She also has bad veins and their nurses are excellent at doing it fast and painless. If you have issues with veins ask for Connie or Esther! Just wonderful!!!"
