The first time I reached someone who ask for my email address so that they could send me instruction on how to return the product. "Talked to a woman named Kirsten, I was trying to track my package because I received an e mail on 7/15/17 stating my package had been shipped. So, I thought, it should be here today 7/17/17 because I paid $29.95 for the 1 day shipping and since it had already shipped, or so I was led to believe, this woman Kirsten told me that my package was shipped today. What? I got an email that it was shipped on the 15th? She proceeded to tell me that my information was forwarded to fed ex or ups or whoever ships their products. And when i asked to talk to her supervisor, I was told she wasn't in the room, but that my number would be forwarded to the supervisor, whose name is Maria, and that she will respond back in 5 to 10 business days! So i asked who is the CEO of the company was and I was told that she could not divulge that information! WHAT? So I asked for corporates number and was then told to call the same number back and talk to another representative. I don't think that my asking for a refund on my 1 day shipping is to much to ask for, seeing how I was contacted by their company saying my package had shipped already. I'm also very upset about the way I was talked to by this woman Kirsten. I hope that this can be corrected when "the supervisor Maria " decides to return my call. I will NOT be holding my breath."
