"I absolutely hate the dental side of this. They only spend 15 minutes on someone with medicaid or Medicare and my teeth were fill so badly that my jaw didn't line up and cause me pain.. but where can you go? I have a filling that came out and needs to be refilled. I have a giant hole so I have no choice...."

"I hate this place I took my daughter. We waited 40 minutes. The nurse came in and said she was already positive for strep. Not necessary see the doctor cancel the appointment? she was seeing urgent care in Pleasant Valley but apparently they didn’t have her allergy list but they had them sent her a scription in and it was the wrong scription or we could already had the scription and so she could feel a lot better the lack of care there this is really ridiculous"

"The medical side is good but I would recommend going elsewhere for your dental cleanings. Aside from the x-rays, all they did was a once over with a buffing tool and a once over with a weak pressured water flosser. In and out in 25 minutes. They didn’t scrape my teeth with a hand held tool and didn’t even use physical floss. I had assumed those 2 things to be an industry standard for dental cleanings. Hope they provide more quality cleanings with the correct tools for their patients in the future."

"The doctors , nurses and reception people are AWESOME. Now let me explain why 1 star. 1st i was text a 230 appt for my mom who has lewy body dementia so i got there at 2 :15. Make sure her check in goes smooth it did. I sit and wait at 3pm i ask when she is gonna be seen the reception tells me her appt is at 245. I show her the text with the appt confirmation and she apologized due to some error. Ok. We get called in waited and waited 4pm came along and nothing. We had to leave my mom was so upset and hungry. We had to leave with out seeing the doctor. 2nd I take my mom into the bathroom and the smell was terrible it was the smell of death. They must have some rodent problem and the smell was sickening. This isnt the first time i had to wait for more then 3 hours. THAT IS MY 1 STAR. The wait time is more then unacceptable."

"The doctors and nurses are so nice....but because of the horrendous wait times, the communication availability, the absolute impossibility to speak to a human I find the stress of not being able to make appointments, get refills or lab results not worth the amount of frustration. I shouldn't have to drive 8 miles to to make an appointment or refill life saving meds. Will find another place that doesn't experiment with people's patience or inadequate computerization. What a disgrace."
