"I was completely satisfied with my visit to NEO and Dr. Ilan - he & his very informative assistant solved my pain issue immediately and advised how to proceed with care clearly. My ONLY complaint does not have to do with the doctors care but has to do with the "Mask Mandate" issued by the office. I fully support wearing a mask in a doctor's office; however, for them not to supply them for their patients seems very ridiculous. One patient could not enter because she had forgotten a mask which is understandable since the mask issue is so subjective of late. I can't imagine that it is a costly item to provide and I think out of concern for their patients, all doctor's offices should have them available."
